I haven't moved in yet but, so far from what I've seen the place looks nice. The grounds are well kept and they have a play center for children. The pool has all new furniture and the laundry room and weight room look nice. The apartments are being remodeled. I'm not sure I would agree with the police being called to apartmetns and the people not getting evicted since it is a crime free neighborhood. After one complaint they would be thrown out under the rental agreement. Maybe the old management didn't participate in the program.
