OK for the money

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
1 bedrooms below $500 & they usually have a special going on. Lived here over a year & car never broken into. Actually, no real problems except the air conditioners are on the roof above bedrooms, which is why I eventually moved out. 1st floor apts cost more per month. $25 late fee if you're even one day late with the rent. Office people usually nice, but with any job facing the public, their patience can wear thin.
