Apartments are cheaply built (flimsy single pane windows, cabinet doors don?t always align) and not well insulated for sound (can always hear when the couple above me "is in the mood"). Repair service is slow. Virtually all my service calls took at least 2, and often more, calls before being serviced. The units are small, but they have big walk in closets. On the positive side, the rents are very reasonable for Chandler, and the complex is in a nice neighborhood, and feels very safe. My apartment cools incredibly fast in the summer once the AC is turned on. If you are looking for a cheap but decent place to live, this is the place.
