Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
I lived here for two years, from Nov '99 to Nov '01. I liked it overall. Management was good and maintnence was decent (usually came promptly, but was reluctant to fix the bigger problems). Noise was often a problem - I work on the night shift and often had maintnence making noise on the grounds, neighbors (especially the kids at the basketball court shouting and screaming until 11pm in the summer). Overall, I would recommend this complex. VERY good price for Chandler for decent quality.
