I have lived here for over a year and want to let you know that you should "beware". From the outside of the so called Mark Taylor ambience accompanied by the rude pretentious staff is a facade for low quality, overpriced, paper thin walled, Roach infested apartments. In one instance the people below us left out of town and had a alarm clock going off at 4am every day for a month, and because of the poor quality construction it woke us up every day, the Management refused to do anything about it. The fitness center is run down and dirty, they began last year with two treadmills and took them out and told us they were going to replace them, but replaced them with one kmart special. The power to the carport lights are always out and the front gate is always broken. On one occasion the fuses to the garage units were stolen (Panel not locked),and I was unable to get to my car to go to work. They tore out all of the bushes around the place leaving dirt holes and empty rock beds. Rick, our flamboyant manager is very rude and abrasive to all, and on more than one occasion we have overheard other tenants complain about his lack of people skills. The location is okay except during rush hour. My advice is not to be taken in by the hype, like the useless concierge service they bait you with. Look around and you will find a better place with more features for less money. We did....and we are out of here! ! !
