Well let me start by saying at first I was angery over the bad review of San Brisas. Then I realized that who ever wrote this obviously has issues. I have lived at San Brisas for almost the entire time of exsistance and I will say that I have never lived at a more beautiful place. From my wonderful apartment who by the way I never hear my upstairs neighbor to the grounds, to the absolute wonderful staff, to all the wonderful and services that Mark Taylor provides. But don't take my word for it I invite anyone who is looking for a home not just an apartment complex, but a true community to stop by and the staff will great you with open arms. I have never had bug issues, I don't hear anything in my apartment, I have never dealt with a rude staff member in the five years that I have called San Brisas my home. This person is simply out to hurt people and that tells me a lot. Like maybe the reason why they have a bad taste in their mouth is due to their own fault. You obviously have never been to their great resident functions and just to stop by the office to talk, grab a water or the freshly baked cookies that they make for us everyday. The responsiveness of their entire team is truly amazing and can not be beat. So you go to your new CHEAPER home because that is exactly were you obviously need to be!!!!!!! I will still in luxury and be spoiled by Mark Taylor and all it's employees. Disregard bad reviews and find out for yourself.
