Take the bad with a grain of salt...

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I lived at the complex for several months before transfering to another property.
The transfer had nothing to do with the property or the staff (for the most part).
I only had a couple of problems with one the ladies in the office being a bit rude/lazy.
Other than that they were excelent.
My A/C had problems when I first moved in and went out on a Sunday in July.
Maintaince told me they would need to get an A/C repairman out in the morning.
However, they called over to the office and got me the keys to one of the guest suites so I would not have to spend the night in a hot apartment.
The units were well built, especially coming over from San Cervantes with paper-thin walls.
Had a few minor problems with shower handles and the kitchen faucet, but they took care of that right-away.
Never had roaches or scorpions, but then I made sure I kept up with the pest control (free).
I wish I hadn't left, it was such a nice property especially the smaller size.
No matter where you go, there are going to be problems, but everything I have heard is mild compared to what I put-up with at a non Mark-Taylor.
My only complaint is the location is hard to get out of especially if you want to go north on Rurual or out to Ray.
Did like being close to all the food & shopping though.
