The apt./grounds/ pool are great and well upkept. However, the staff can be rude and snobby in my dealings with them. The walls are paper thin, and one can make no noise, or will get complaints from neighbors immediately. Even very low music in your apt. will cause lots of problems, so if you like to listen to music or have a few friends over, beware.....you will have no social life, just a lot of complaints. Although if you have kids and want something extremely quiet, this is a good place. It seems that kids/parents dominate this complex leaving no room for singles/couples who want to enjoy their apt and facilities.
