I've been here for over a year now... After having a horrible renting experience in Scottsdale, I moved down here, and I love it! A manager at this complex was so helpful when I was escaping from my nightmare apt before San Brisas! This place is soooo nice and quiet. I love that, and the grounds are very well kept. I wanted to live in a complex that had mostly professionals and families, since I hate the racket that most ASU students make. I am a runner, and have found that this area is pretty safe(I have yet to have any problems on the street), even at night. So in a nut shell if your looking for a great quiet apartment in a safe area, better check this place out.
