Pretty good, but management team could be better

I lived here for 1.5 years.

The place is gorgeous.

It's really like living at a resort.

The front gate breaks all the time, though, and management were not always attentive to your needs.

I've lived in plenty of nice 'Luxury' apartments, such as The Carlyle (lousy management, beautiful place) and Jefferson on Central (now Steele Park) which was gorgeous and had the friendliest and most wonderful management team I've ever had.

San Brisas ranks 2 out of the 3.

We could hear the neighbors above us constantly!
