This place is gross. Sure, it looks nice from the outside until you move in. The apartments are full of cockroaches and centipedes. When I say full of I mean full of. When I moved in I had a total of 50 roaches and 5 centipedes in my apartment w/in the same week. They had pest control come out and spray but it didn't work. There are red ants crawling around everywhere outside and the apartments are so worn down and need a lot of replacing that these creepy crawlys come inside your home and invade you. The apartments need to be inspected by the health department because they are so disgusting. This place is a total health hazard. My lease ends in a couple of months and I guarantee you I will be so OUT OF HERE!! I'd buy myself out of the lease but who has 60 days worth of rent plus a buyout fee''' Please!!
This place will rip you off as well by charging this ridiculous amount when their apartments are the ones that are a health hazard. All they care about is the money not their tenants. I don't recommend Mark Taylor to anybody, especially San Brisas...They should rename the complex to Hell Brisas because that is what it is.
