I have lived here for over two years, & although these apts are very over priced, at least the staff was courteous while it was a Mark Taylor property.

Now that it's a Lincoln property, you don't ever get a live person, & they never call you back to acknowledge they got your message.

I have had to go into the office on more than occasion to ask for maintenance help.

The walls are very thin, the gate constantly malfunctions often trapping you outside, and the small things like weather stripping on the doors isn't replaced regularily so bugs walk right under your front door.

I have covered parking, but my car has full sun all day.

I asked if I could get a different spot (from a vacant tennant) & was told I would have to park in visitor parking.

These things would be more tolerable if I wasn't paying over $1000 for rent each month for a small 2 bedroon apartment.
