I agree the new property manager Karen is horrible. I live near the pool and have had to suffer with the noise since I moved in. She sent out a letter recently, that in a nutshell said " Yeah there is noise but we cant do anything". Whats more the letter was unbelievably unprofessional there were words missed spelled and some sentances made no sense at all. Not only does she have a total lack of intelligence but feelings as well. I sat in the business center and listened to here belittle one of her employees, she left the door wide open while she attacked her. She has been nothing but impersonal to me, she seems to avoid dealing with residents when ever possible.
