I dont like this women either! I just moved in here about 3 months ago, the leasing staff is great so I was really shocked when I met her. Everytime I walk in the office she is either standing in the lobby on her cell phone making personal calls or yelling at someone.

I received " the pool letter too" I was amazed at how bad her writing is. I think this women is a bad image for the company.
