I live here at Cervantes and I love it! The staff is wonderful and the manager is not a -----. You must take in consideration all she has to deal with. I have had the chance to meet her and she is very pleasant. Her staff loves her, too. And to my knowledge, she has never been verbally abusive, so whoever said that is sadly mistaken. Maybe you are the idiot that makes her mad.
Anyone considering this place is very smart! The grounds are perfect, the staff is wonderful, the gym is outstanding, and my apartment is the best I have ever lived in. The Mark Taylor name is the one that I look for because it is the best, and it's staff members are the best. To everyone that has written in: stop complaining, you know you love it, too!
