While I do like this apartment as a whole, I have to say that looks can be deceiving here. The ground actually are kept rather nice. I was rather disappointed by the fact that you could no longer use the outdoor grills around the pool because other tenants were leaving too much of a mess around. The office staff does seem rather lazy compared to other apartments I've lived in.

Parking sucks big-time and the walls are VERY thin. We here stuff constantly, especially plumbing noises. While the fitness center looks nice, once you go in there to actually work out, the realization hits you that they have a very odd assortment of machines that don't see to make much sense. The entry gate is always busted too. Makes it difficult to come home sometimes, but someone eventually nudges it with the nose of their vehicle to jam it open.

We are also over-run by bugs on this side of the complex. We've had two scorpions, one of which was in our kitchen light! Figure that one out' There is a run-off drain for the AC in the second bathroom, which is rather tacky and creates a nasty stain in the tub.

I could go on... but should probably stop there. You get the point.

I have to agree with the walls being VERY thin!!! Also, the gates are always busted, I havent had to nudge it with my car. They are always lft open makingit easy for intruders to enter.
