We realized after we moved in there are a high percentage of very young people, I guess due to the proximity of the Chandler Mall/best buy/etc. type of jobs...Hence, lots of noise, parties, engine revving, Honda civics--you get the idea. Secondly, the layout of the apartments themselves was not very good after living in it for a while..the kitchen is totally cut off from the rest of the home, no from any room no other room is visible, everything is the opposite of being "open and airy".

HOWEVER, the "pro's" are as follows:
1) Fantastic pool area! Modeled after a beach, huge, separate kiddy area (really nice), and adult area. 2 jacuzzi's. Nice lighted tennis courts, barbeque's all over., REALLY nice landscaping/rolling green hills.

2) Tot lot - nice park! kids from 0-7 play here, it's not noisy, it has sand and swings and full scale park equipment.

3) Parking situation is good-this is unusual for big apartment complexes. Free covered parking, and ample uncovered public spaces, generally plenty of uncrowded parking areas.

4) 1 block from the mall!

So for a while we had problems with noisy/partying kid neighbors. It was an ongoing thing, however the manager TJ was incredibly professional and kind in handling it and helping us. The office staff has totally changed since 6 months ago! Felicia (a really rude, superficial Arizona-type) is no longer there, replaced by a very kind girl named Kate, TJ the manager is extremely kind and also professional, these people must not be from around here as they are a-typical compared to the normal nasty/uncultured/unprofessional AZ people.

If you want beautiful landscaping, nice park for kids, nice pool for whole family, super close proximity to largest mall in AZ, super close proximity (100 yards) from the 101, relatively safe complex, and an outstanding manager/staff...this is a good place to live!

While I will agree that is is a great place to live...I have never had a problem with collage kids and/or parties- and I dont know who wrote this but please get off your high horse about AZ people- what is your problem! All the locals around here are great people, if anything the one thing that is a little wierd for me about these aprts is how busy it gets in the witer with snowbirds. (sorry i just reread your comment- and I am so pissed I live in a place with a person like you- if you hate AZ people- just leave!!!!!)
