These apartments look great when you drive in the front entrance. They do their best to make it all look great in the front. But the rest of the complex resembles an asphalt jungle. There is even a huge, dead pine tree that they have not cut down. The tot lot is horrible - bright orange play equipment. Very overpriced. Lots of freeway noise in the back, too.

The freeway noise has been eliminated with the new retainer wall that has been erected. As for being overpriced, it is comparable with other apartments that I have visited this week in Chandler, at least with their 2 months free move-in special. I will be moving there in 2 weeks. I am impressed by the apartment layout and amenities.
