I have been a renter for the past eight years and two of those years have been in another Mark Taylor complex. I am currently a resident of the San Cervantes Apt community in Chandler and although I will be moving out at the end of the month it will be to another Mark Taylor complex because I feel they are superior in all facets of apt living. I find the staff and the complex itself outstanding and a first class operation. (and no I am not a relative nor do I work for the complex) I am a tennent who through trial and error have found the Mark Taylor communities very professionally run and San Cervantes is one of their best. My special thanks go out to Stacy Welch and the staff of San Cervantes who are professional and have gone out of there way to make my stay one of the most enjoyable this past year. If you really are a renter, I wonder how much incentive they gave you to write this? Hmmm. When I was there for two years, it was a revolving door of unhappy tenants.
