The apartment complex is clean, safe and has ammenities. But expect to pay at lease termination with your full security deposit going as a downpayment on a $200-400 apartment cleaning fee, which was steep since my apt. was already clean. Schedule a cleaning walkthrough, you'll save a couple hundred dollars.

So TRUE! We debated with them back and forth for a month after moving out regarding our 340.00 security dep. Our apartment was never lived in before us and so anything that was different (thumbtack holes in the wall, dust on the balcony, whatever) they will charge you for it. We even had our carpets professionally cleaned before we left and they still charged us for steam cleaning, which was 150.00.....don't expect your money back. Also, the person that inspected our apt. was the maintenance man, not the manager...BEWARE!
