I am currently a resident at this complex. At first I was very impressed. However, every year unfortunately the rent gets higher and higher. The staff changes so often there is always a new face. Which is fine, but their not as friendly as they should be for the $$ you are paying. I live in the smallest one bedroom and I am paying $926 10% more because I am month to month. This rent recently changed and is why I have put in my 30 day notice. The community is nice and very well maintained, but I wish I could stay at the $665 where I started. Goes to show you how much it has increase since I have moved in. Oh well, anyways its a nice place in general probably better then most places.
