These are nice apartments, but you can hear people flushing their toilets and taking showers (since the water sounds like it's runnning down the walls), people arguing, the gates to enter NEVER work, I would say they're broken about 85% of the time, people are usually in your covered parking and mngt. doesn't care at all about any inconveniences you might have, as long as you pay your rent...our rent when we first signed the lease was 775, upon renewel it had gone up to 960 in 14 months...not worth it for a VERY small box of an apartment, never again. Also, look on apartmentreviews.net for more "real" ratings on this apartment complex.
