I have lived in several apartment complexes throughout the southwest, and this is by far the nicest place I have ever rented from. When I sold my home mid-2005, I wanted to find somewhere nice & safe (I am a single woman with no roommates), and I can honestly say that I feel SAFER in my upstairs apartment than I ever felt in my previous home. The architecture is beautiful, landscaping is meticulously maintained, office staff is very friendly, and the only reason why I'm going to move when my 1 year lease is up is because I can't buy my apartment. The community here is very quiet - I have only heard 1 party in the 9 months that I have lived here. The complex is fairly new, so the only maintenance issue I have ever experienced involved my garage door, and that was resolved the same day I called the office. I know the rent is higher than most places, but in MY opinion, it is definitely worth it for the value that you receive. Most apartments come with washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas cooking appliances (which are AWESOME), big Roman style soaking tub, walk-in closet, etc. I am very proud to call San Cierra home, and the only thing that would make me happier would be if they could sell me my apartment so I wouldn't have to move again. :) I don't understand why the past 2 reviews for the complex have been negative, and NO I definitely don't work for the office. I think you get out of a situation whatever you put into it, and if you're a nice friendly person, good things will happen to you. The people who complain the most are usually the most rude & obnoxious too, so I would suggest you come check out the apartments yourself if you're interested... then you can decide for yourself.

I have lived in apartment homes my whole adult life with the exception of 2 years owning my own home (I am also a native to AZ)and I consider myself a very fair and nice person not to mention well educated and very collected, but I'm sorry these apartments do not measure up to the service that you come to expect of them for the price being what they are, with the exception of another complex I lived in during college, they really are not all they should be. Maybe the standards are different in other states, but for AZ there are much better complexes for the money you would spend here, as well as much better concierge.
