Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The facilities were nice, including the fitness room. If your window faces west, you may even have a slight view of the distant mountains.

Noise was a problem there for us - we were in a 2d floor apt, and above and next door we could hear everything from computer speakers to boots being taken off.

Some concerns about the neighboring complex - read other reviews.
