while there are some decent things to say about San Cierra, if you make a right turn out of the complex you will see a shopping center with empty store fronts and tattoo parlors. Questionable neighborhood in my opinion

I only half-agree with this review. This isn't the best part of Chandler, but regardless, the apartments are typical top-notch Mark Taylor. If you're like me and HAVE to live here to be close to work, San Cierra is one of the best (and most upscale) apartment choices in the area.

I think calling this neighborhood "questionable" is a little extreme. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere, which explains the empty storefronts, but the area certainly doesn't make me, a young and single gal from the big city, uncomfortable.
