I have lived here for 2 years and unfortunately alot of what the past reviews discussed is true. I will not be as harsh, but parking is a problem when a car is left in your covered parking for a few days and no one from management will notify the owner of the vehicle, also, the rent does go up quite dramatically each year. To be fair the grounds are gorgeous and maintenance is nice, but for the amount you pay each month, it's really hard to validate it because of the problems that you go through. One thing that is kind of frustrating is that the gates to enter are usually broken so you have to go around to the front of the complex and try to get in that way.
