Very good place to live

I originally signed a lease at San Cierra without having looked at the property in person (yes potentially a bad idea in hindsight, but it worked out well). I was relocating from the east coast and all I did was look at the Mark Taylor website. I had read reviews for apartments in Chandler on apartmentratings and someone had said something to the effect of "stick to a Mark Taylor property and you'll be fine". I did that and I'm glad I did. I chose San Brisas because of proximity to work and the lower rents/bigger and newer apartments compared to other Mark Taylor properties.

Almost four years down the line and three apartment complexes in two states later (all very good apartment complexes by the way), I can say that San Cierra was very good. The whole move in process was a breeze. I think I might have been the first person to occupy my apartment. If not, the maintenance staff had done a great job sprucing it up.

My 2 year stay was extremely pleasant. Maintenance requests were taken care of promptly and dealing with the office staff was very painless. Yes I did hear my neighbors on occassion but nothing too bad. Safety did not seem to be an issue to me, although there was an instance of someone being assaulted by the pool. Management notified residents about this incident.

After two years at San Cierra, I decided to move to another Mark Taylor property closer to work. I stuck with Mark Taylor because of the service that they offered. And I got my entire deposit back. I think I did a good job of cleaning the apartment; there was a spot on the wall where a 3-4 square inch area of paint had chipped due to my fault though (I wasn't charged for this).

I would recommend San Cierra. The 101 and 60 are only 2-3 miles away. You can walk to Target and Costco is about 2 miles away. I think Mark Taylor was building something south of Warner on Arizona but I am not a big fan of the area closer to Ray/Chandler.
