I just moved here...and the staff... is...AWESOME!!!!! They are very helpful and honest, plus they are all very sweet. As far as the community... I'm a pet owner and I want to say that it's absolutely beautiful and my little "Snicker Doodle" loves the dog park. The few problems about poop, has to do with residents not following the pet rules and picking up after their dogs. At any pet friendly community there will always be those type of people; but I have seen improvements. You should deffinitely live here!

I cant beleive people are still renting here. It is a total bait and switch gig. I'm from New York and I would swear these managers worked at some of the used car lots back in Yonkers. If you want to impress meet people in the front of the complex dont let them go to your apartment and if you see the workers you will be their best friend(of course only when they are showing the property) otherwise you are the scum that rents there and they tend to forget you pay their check. It must be a good check too because this place is way overpriced and not worth a dang cent. This goes for all Mark-Taylors but hey sorry to those who have rented here. I fell into the same trap but finally
