San Cierra is the worst apartment experience I have ever had! There are plenty of other properties that are better and cheaper.
Actually all properties are better than any Mark-Taylor.
Every thing that can go wrong will go wrong despite the facade they show you in the front office.
Office employees dont care about residents and are completely incompetent.
Its like talking to a brick wall only the wall will make better conversation and wont smile back creepily at you.
If this place wasn't painted and the landscape wasnt done every other month I would call them slum lords.
Now to the price of the place, you pay alot for nothing.
I pay almost $1,000 for a one bedroom and still cant figure out what I am paying for.
I think I pay the managers rent too.
This place is like paying $20 for a jumbo jack.
overall I am completely unsatisfied and terribly disappointed with San Cierra and Mark-Taylor.
You would think if they could afford to put "luxury" on their signs, then they could afford to actually make sure the apartment is in somewhat of a good condition and not put you somewhere where the carpet should have been replaced 5 tenants ago!! Im glad to see i'm not the only crazy one on here.
Thank you for all the input, and please if someone else has had a bad experience, which should be every one who has rented here, lets spread the word so no one else takes it in the rear.

Wow you are not talking about San Cierra. Obviously you didn't follow the rules. That's the only reason for your horrible review. I have been a resident here for three years and it is the best place. I love the staff and the community itself is wonderful. It's residents like you who refuse to follow the rules you signed to put the blame on everyone else. DON'T LISTEN TO THIS CRAZY, HE WAS ONE OF THE BAD ONES!!!

Now I am confused how do you know it was a "He" You would only know that if you were the manager and knew when people were moving out or what their complaints were. I am starting to believe the negative things that I am reading about this place, just becasue you cam on here and said "He was one of the bad ones" I really like the floor plans but i can tell by your remarks that you are lying and that you are either paid by money milking Mark taylor to say this or you live there and so have to say good things so you can get your commission. Hummm. well i am coming down in two days to look at apartments and well you just went off my list. oh and by the way when you put anonymously on all the good reveiws that shows that you are being paid.
