Ok so let me start by saying usually people complain because they didn't get there way maybe by a house and want out of their lease, ok did you forget that you signed a lease and everyone is so quick to sign yet once things don't go their way they want to blame everyone around them especilly management.
So here is what I am going to say I love San Cierra.
I have been a resident here for three years and would not live at any other apartment community.
The office staff is the best one I have seen in three years.
They do care, they do respond, and they do follow up.
You have to remember you live in a apartment you don't live in a home so stop acting like there are not going to be problems.
Anyone who believes that you will be problem free is not living in reality.
So listen I live in the so called back of the property and let me say this, if you residents who try to keep your clothes on and off the waterfall by the way it's a prop not Hawaii where you can slide of the waterfalls.
Then you wouldn't have a probelm.
Three bad reviews, so what take it from someone who has had issues and had them addressed immediately rent here please.
I love it I love it I love it!!!! You won't be sorry and again not everyone can be pleased but these people really have issues.

This person can't even spell properly. What are thay saying about clothes on a waterfall? Evidently this is a poor attempt by management. Or a complete illiterate who doesn't address any of the concerns in previous complaints.

Well that's ok you can insult people but really if I were you I would look in the mirror because you are a sad person. As a resident I am glad that you left. You probably were the grumpy person at the mailbox. lol.

This person or more like this employee first off can not spell and I'm really not sure what they are trying to say in most of it. I do know that some people donâ??t want to buy not by (like you wrote) a house right now for numerous reasons. What we do expect is when you rent at a so called luxury apartment you expect just that luxury. Only 3 complaints so what???? Are you kidding, in the last two months 3 residents have taken the time to come on here and complain all similar in issues. But your one please please listen to my illiterate management attempt to save face is supposed to work. Read the responses to the negative post and you will see its more than 3, then read the post themselves and see that they are writing for a few residents. So attempt to build your dropping percentage San Cierra Management but I actually care about other people and where they live. No I am not another grumpy person at the mail box that would be the employees. Please donâ??t LOL next time it wasnâ??t funny and really was a horrible response but it was just another example of how Mark Taylor and San Cierra will react if you come to them with a problem.
