San Cierra

 

We moved here from TX, and this was only the second place we looked at.

We fell in love with it in the leasing office! The staff was very friendly and nice, and the apartment we saw on the tour was lovely! We only plan on staying in AZ for 2 years, so an apartment seemed like the best option for our family.

We have two young children, and the apartment we got was located right by the "tot lot" -good lookin' out apartment staff! We love our place.

It's super-roomy, clean (there were a few nicks in the porcelain in the tub when we moved in...and you could see where the nail holes were caulked over, but other than that, it was pristine...and I have NEVER seen even ONE bug or critter), have all the appliances I need (washer/dryer/dishwasher/fridge/GAS stove) and I love the location.

We can practically walk to Target or the dollar movie or a restaurant in the East Valley Mall next door.

It feels like a very safe environment for our kids -we can let them out to play with the other kids in the tot-lot, and not worry, we can swim at the pool or have a family bar-b-que at one of the ramadas, or at the pool (the "kitchen" there is awesome -I love my husband being able to watch football and us having a cook-out while the kids and me play in the pool or relax in the hot-tub.) We've run into a few problems, and maintenence is always quick and courteous and fixes the problem right the first time.

Also with rent issues -the office staff was very helpful when we got behind one month.

They explained our options and were considerate about our situation.

Overall this has been a fantastic apartment, fantastic community and fantastic office staff.

I would definately recommend it --even at the price it is.
