I rented this place because I was attracted to the appearance of it. I read some of the reviews on Mark Taylor and they seemed fairly decent. I chalked the negative ones up to just disgruntled tenants who didn't get their way. I now see why they were yelling for people to not rent at San Cierra. I despise this place and it put a bad taste in my mouth about apartments. I have been renting for 10 years and I will never, ever, rent at San Cierra or from Mark Taylor. The management is probably the worst I have ever seen and with all the lies you would think they worked for the government (yeah, it's that bad). I am now joining the fight against Mark Taylor and specifically the no good lying, stealing, scamming San Cierra. I notice the management likes to post on here claiming to be a proud tenant, so I can't wait to see what you have to say back to mine. I am probably just another bad seed, right San Cierra management fake posters. I would really like to know how the employees of Mark Taylor and San Cierra sleep at night. PLEASE do not rent here>>>WARNING>>>>If you like to pay for nothing but a cheap apartment and a head ache this is the place to go

What kind or review is this? I live at San Cierra and I love it. It's a good value for the money, the staff is great and I will definitely look for another Mark-Taylor apartment whenever I move (Hopefully, not for a long time). This person doesn't cite one problem they actually had, so I'd chalk THIS review up to "just disgruntled tenants who didn't get their way" (This poster's own words!).
