I have read all these reviews and I have to admit I never new this website existed until one of my coworkers who was looking for a place told me about it. So I figured I would check out where I live. Wow! If I had known about this before hand I might have reconsidered moving to San Cierra. All I can do is share my experiences so far. I have lived here for almost 7 mos. So far I have to say I am very happy. From the very beginning I was treated with kindness and hospitality. I love my apartment. I live here with my son and feel very safe. I did have an issue with a noisy neighbor but it was handled promptly and to this date I have not had another issue. The grounds are beautiful, the maintenance staff is always friendly and fast when it comes to my requests. The office staff is always very nice and helpful when I go into the office.

I live in the back of the community where the dogs are, please dog owners pick up after your pets!!! Apparently the back pool heater is not being turned on this year we do have two pools and the pool up at the front is on but not ours. I know some of my neighbors were very upset about it. It would be nice if they turned it on but honestly no one even really swims at the front one so it's not that big of a deal. Everyone is intitled to their own opinions! I love my apartment and plan on renewing when my lease is up. Good Luck.
