My husband and I are retired and from Minnesota. We came down to San Cierra in October of '08 after visiting SC twice and researching apts for 2 years. We were told by two of the staff that the 'back' pool would be heated. Wrong!! The front pool was heated briefly but no longer. Our 3 year old granddaughter tries to get in the pool but it's too cold. The kids that live around here are out of control! Some one or some dog is going to get hurt! The parties at the pool are very loud with drinking, uses glass, diving off the waterfall, loud music, and threatening the other residents. Management turns the other way!The grounds were beautiful when we got here but now they are only occaionally tended to.
