Awesome place to live

San Cierra is an awesome place to live..we came to Arizona a few months before moving here and looked at many places that I had seen on line but none of them looked like their pictures portrayed on websites. On our last day in Az. we had almost given up hope of finding a nice place to live after going from one rundown complex to another until we happen to ride by San Cierra. After taking a tour and meeting the awesome staff we knew this would be home when we moved here, and because we love it so much we are about to sign our 5th 12 month lease here at San Cierra.
The staff is very courteous, helping and always going that extra mile to make sure everything is just as it should be. We have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a work order to be completed unless it was out of the staffs hands such as waiting for a part to come in etc.
When we moved in the "rules" for the pools in the winter months were that the front pool would heated for the winter but the back pool was not heated mainly because the pools are not overly used in the winter, which I soon found to be very accurate. The one time that I know of when the pool was not warm in the winter it was due to a problem with the pool's heating system so the pool was closed for a few days until it could be replaced and then the pool was reopened.
There have been times when there was glass in the pool area and the staff here at San Cierra does everything possible to prevent that, but this is an apartment community and not a daycare center, and they should not have to babysit every resident that goes out to swim. There are signs posted on every gate saying no glass allowed and it is also in the lease that each resident signs when moving in, so if everyone follows that rule there should not or would not be any glass in the pool area and that problem would be eliminated.
From the first day we moved here the grounds have always looked great and any time we have people come visit from out of town they can't get over what an awesome looking place we live in and are always envious of us.
To the staff of San Cierra, keep up the great job you all do here in making this a wonderful and safe place for us to live. We are looking forward to renewing our lease and spending another year here with you at San Cierra.
