I have lived at San Cierra for about 4 months.

The staff is friendly, appartments are nice, but security is POOR at best.

We have had Shoes! stolen off our porch on two occasions, and last night my girlfriends vehicle was broken into and had the dash ripped apart, cd player stolen and vandalized her vehicle.

San Cierra is very nice, reasonable rent, maintanence is great, but it is located in the old part/ghetto of Chandler.

Personally I would think twice about living here.

If you want saftey move to a nice up class neighborhood.

Walls and gates do not protect!
