The only two things that impressed me about this apartment community was the extremely professional and friendly office staff and the newness of the apartments. However the location is far from ideal. Arizona Ave seems to be a very dangerous busy road. I lost count of the amount of devastating car accidents I witnessed in the short time that I lived at this community. We also encountered disturbing community residences who did not make living situation comfortable. I would highly recommend a Mark Taylor Property, just not this one.

I can't believe this is the only review for these apartments! One negative review with no facts should not be the determining factor for the score. I will be moving into an apartment there in the next few weeks and will write a detailed report then :)

I have lived at San Hacienda for a year now and have not had any problems with anything. The staff is very kind and professional and often goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is going well. The grounds are always clean. The community is quiet and relaxing. As far as the fact that it is on a busy street w/o a light, I think that any responsible driver can manage turning out of there without too much trouble. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to move to Chandler.
