I haven't had any real major problems here. I love my neighbors here. They are all friendly. The staff is great, very quick to respond to maintenance requests. They are willing to schedule maintenance requests at your convenience. The complex is very well maintained. I haven't heard of any car or apartment break-ins. The place is quiet for the most part. Since the apartments are newer, the sound from neighbors and outside are well insulated. It is a bit more expensive but I think it's worth the price.
