When we first moved out, we loved it! It is fancy with the waterfall pool and good looking building. The maintenance is quick but not as friendly as you could hope for the price you pay. The office manager is somehow a little "snobish" per my personal point of view. Honestelly they don't seem to know what they are doing. The beginning was great but overatted as far as price. The reason why we didnt renew is the price would have go up and the quality of the people were going down (7 persons living in 2 bedrooms, cars being visited... and police cars coming in and out several times). When you come down to visit what seem a paradise PLEASE go down on arizona ave toward 202 and you will find yourself in a new part of the world. The truth is this is not a safe neighborhood no matter how fancy it looks inside. Anybody can come and go through those gates bypassing the need of code or remote. I did not feel safe and I did not feel the money I spent was worth it. We moved out back to the east coast and if not we would not have renew our lease.
