This place is pretty nice overall, but I would suggest looking at another property. The area is not very safe, and there is not much to do. I find myself driving 5-10 miles every time I want to go do something.
If for some reason you need to be in the area--I would still look elsewhere. The prices here are high, and there are much better deals within a 1 mile radius.

I would also keep in mind that while the buildings look very nice, they are not well built. If you have neighbors above you--you will hear everything they do, and pictures will fall off of your walls from the shaking if you neighbors are heavy steppers.
