I tried to look at an apartment on a Thursday afternoon and then again the next Friday afternoon only to be told that the carpets were being cleaned in the model apartments.
I was told I didn't need to make any arrangements to see an apartment.
I don't know whether your time has no value to these girls or they are just dumber than dirt.
My experience has been that there is a correlation between intelligence and responsibility and responsiveness, so I'd be wary of this place and attentive to any warnings you may see from other reviewers.
I suppose beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but the girls I talked with were short and average looking, despite what you may have heard.

I was one of the first tenants here at San Palacio and I love it here! I am so sorry that the person that commented before me had a bad experience. Trust me.. I am a VERY happy resident! The office staff is amazing, smart and very helpful! You will always be greeted with a smile from one of the girls. Yes, I will admit they sometimes are overly happy but they just love their job you can tell from a mile away! Yes they all are very good looking but not airheads!
