Don't bother wasting your time here, they're kicking everyone out and converting to condo's in a few months.

no they're not - that rumor turned out to be false. However, Mark Taylor sold the property a few months ago and San Palacio is under new ownership. But it's still being managed by Mark Taylor. Is it just me, or has lately this place become more and more ghetto? I dunno if it's just the quality of the residents, or what. Stuff like from loud, violent motorcylcles and their Hells Angles drivers with illegally-modified mufflers, setting off car-alarms as they roar by. Flakey, oblivious residents who will sit there and yakkity yak on their way up and down the stairs out to their cars - at all hours of the day and night, walking side by side but yet yelling to each other as if they were a block apart, so loud and shrill you can hear them with your doors and windows closed and listening to music with headphones. Bimbos like these just need to get a clue. Or the two white trash dudes running their remote control car through the complex, whose 120 dB engine sounds like a tornado or Armageddon. Again, I don't know if this is San Palacio's fault for renting to such low-quality inbred people, or if it's just a general decline in society of the caliber of people's character. Who knows.

Because, as we all know, white trash can afford gas powered remote control cars.
