I have lived in San Palacio for the past 8 months and is leaving next week. I am writing this review as I used them as inputs when I was searching for a place. Hopefully future renters will find this review helpful.
Overall I had a great experience. San Palacio is peaceful, safe and the greens are well kept. The swimming pool and gym are clean. My balcony faces the play area for kids and it is regularly cleaned. Also, the leasing staff are friendly and helpful with requests.
Car parking is not a problem. There are ample carparks and it is safe. Because I travel regularly, I have left my car for long periods (up to 3 weeks) at the car park and there was no problem.
My only concern is I got mails in my mailbox meant for other tenants. It happened 2 or 3 times.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at San Palacio. It is good value for money.
