Only a few serious complaints:
1.
Three weeks after I moved in here in Feb 06, there was a big rain storm and it flooded the master bedroom and walk-in closet.
Apparently the drainage system was done shoddy and drained inside instead of outside--this happened in a dozen units! I was contained to one bedroom/bathroom for 3-4 weeks until it dried out and was repaired!!! The management NEVER apologized for the inconvenience and the only compensation they gave me was one month's worth of electric bills.
They complain that it was the constructor's fault and take no responsibility for THEIR OWN APARTMENT.
They call it a natural disaster instead of admitting their fault for a complex that is only a year old!!!
2.
The management and assistants are dumb as a doorknob, don't know the answers to half of your questions and they talk to you like a robot.
3.
They jack the rent up after your initial term due to 'market rate'.
Their version of market rate is inflated.
4.
There is ample parking but people often park in your reserved space and the staff refuses to enforce the towing policy.
5.
My inside source informs me that Mark Taylor real estate has disbanded and their agents are now looking for new jobs.
Hah!!!

According to the city of Chandler permits, the builder on file for this apartment complex was actually Mark Taylor General Contractors! Check, and check-mate. And that's nothing - you should've seen the place when it first opened - there was a huge dip at the entrance so cars were banging their front bumpers and getting all sort of damage, simply because of a bad curb install. Took them months to hire a cement company to come and redo it, and only after they were forced to by the city building permits dept. |
