Do not rent on the west side or the center of the complex. Mainrock II, the property owner to the west, has been performing construction for several months now. They start the very noisy construction (including loud back-up sirens) at 5:00am. Three times this week (6/24/07) they have had back-up sirens and other construction noise starting at 11:30 pm. I would strongly reconsider renting here.

place is terrible. Management company is the worst. Tried speaking with head guy Phillips and he is non-caring airhead--he was just stupid.

I love these comments. When your apartment was being built, I bet it made some people across the street pretty upset in the morning. Selfish brats!

To the dolt who posted the selfish brat comment: I wouldn't consider construction that starts at 11:30 pm to be the "morning". Besides, who cares when these apartments were being built. Potential renters aren't going to go back in time, they care about what is happening now. The construction and noise continues.
