When we first moved here, we thought it was wonderful. The staff at the front were wonderful, always polite and they do know answers to your questions. However, in the last couple of months things have been changing and the complex is definitely lowering its standards as to whom they allow to rent. As an example, when we came home the other night, there was a couple, probably in their 30's, walking around the complex in their pajamas. Children were here when we moved here, but they were well-behaved. It seems that all of them have now been unleased are are skateboarding or riding their bikes at all hours, in and out of the cars and by your apartment windows. Don't mind their playing during the day, but it would be nice not to see pre-teens and teenagers yelling and skateboarding after midnight when you're trying to sleep. Can't just blame the kids though. We know whenever the bars close because these people are coming home too. Stereo blaring, honking horns, yelling when they get out of their car, screwing around in the parking lot, obscene language.
Garbage pickup' What an adventure! The truck picking up the dumpster and banging it at least three times on the truck and then slamming it down back on the ground. If it's not placed right, they pick it up again and slam it down again. You can enjoy this perk 4 times a week including Saturdays at no extra charge at 5-5:30 in the morning! Go ahead, try and say something to the office. They let you know that they have had a lot of complaints, but golly, there's just nothing they can do about it, that's the garbage company's schedule. Also, you have to love the gardners who start working at 6am, even though your quiet time is 10-10.
You also have to keep on the staff about work orders. Our one experience has been disappointing. They put a work order in for us, a week later the work still wasn't done. We went back to the office and they said the work order had been signed after it was completed. When told the work wasn't done, they put in another work order. That was over a week ago and the work still isn't completed.
Want to use the pool' BEAUTIFUL pool! And I sure love all of the people who don't live here that decide to have pool parties, bringing their babies in diapers and playing with them in the pool. Thanks, but I'll pass on the urine and feces swimming pool.
Don't think the gated part is working either. Your have cars waiting for someone to come to the gate at night and then following you in. Between that, the people all over at night, it's starting to not feel as safe as it was when we were first here.
As I said, beautiful place. If you're in your early 20's and party, you'll love it. And yes, I am moving.

okay, I do not live here nor work here but this review is dumb. (I work at a different complex nearby and its not even the same management company!) I think her real issue is with apartment living. This person would prob do well in a house or a senior community! what is wrong with walking around in p.j's? now that is just nit picking! They are HOME and just because YOU do not walk in P.J's doesn't make it trashy! every complex has kids running around so I suggest a community that doesnt allow kids! apartments accept anyone who qualifys. they cant discriminate based on how people dress or look. If they pass a credit and background check- guess what! they gotta let them in. Otherwise theres a big fair housing suit against them.

There's a lot of partying and noise late at night, drunk college kids by the pool, etc, it's becoming a real problem
