Pros:
- Gated
- Nice apartments
- Decent sq footage
- Nice appliances, cabinets, shower, etc
- Nice grounds and amenities, e.g.
24 hour gym
- OK price
- Good parking
Cons:
- Have had to call maintenance many times to fix up apartment
- Low flow drains means water doesn't drain, just fills up the sink
- Apartment was phenomenally dusty in certain spots when we moved in, e.g.
w/d area, tops of door frames ...
our allergies have gone crazy, we're still trying to clean up!
- Noise noise noise! college kids out at the pool at all hours, yelling playing volleyball all night, sometimes drunk, kids diving off of the waterfall.
lots of "outside" people brought in at all hours for parties.
One of the nicer apartments but the drunk partying by the pool is amazingly loud.
Don't live anywhere near the pool! The price is a premium but you'll be up all night!
All in all a nice place but not sure if it's worth it.
For a gated luxury community they don't seem to care about loud parties or visitors at all hours.
Guess we didn't leave the ghetto as far behind as we thought.
