Not a Bad Place to Live

I have been at San Palacio for a year.
It is overpriced, that is a sure thing.
Yes it is gated but that doesn't mean it keeps people out.
The amenities are very nice, the pool and gym are always open.
Just one downside: people are always playing volleyball or using the pool at all hours of the night.
The staff is polite enough but they should be more competent.
Work orders are never done in a timely manner and you would have to ask them two times before they actually do it.
Other than that, it is very well maintained, the apartments are nice and luxurious, and the neighbors I've encountered has been courteous.
Noise level is really not a problem it seems that people here are respectful enough of that.
It is not a bad place to live if you're older or even if your a young student.
I have enjoyed my time here despite the problems I've mentioned above.
