As the Manager of San Palmas and a long term employee with Mark-Taylor, I was very surprised to read some of the negative comments made about San Palmas. I do understand that everyone has a right to voice their comments, both negative and positive, but I also feel that it is important for the readers of their comments to remember that there are always two sides to a story.







If you are considering a move to San Palmas or any other Mark-Taylor community, I do not think you will be disappointed with the customer service that you will receive. Mark-Taylor believes in providing its customers with exceptional service. If a negative situation is called to management?s attention, immediate action is taken to correct the problem. Our reputation for superior customer service is something you can count on.







As far as the upkeep of our grounds and safety concerns you might have, I encourage you to visit our community. You will find the grounds to be well maintained. San Palmas is 6 years old; however, you would never know the age based on apperance because of the care that is taken to keep the community looking new. In regards to safety, we can not guarantee the safety of any of our residents. Crime is something that no one can control; however, we offer our residents many features to provide them a little more peace of mind. If you have a concern about crimes that have taken place at any community that you are looking at, I encourage you to contact the police department in that area and have them run the crime reports for that community. You will find that Mark-Taylor communities typically have much less criminal activity than other communities in their sub-market.







The least of your concerns should be about the change in leasing staff at our community. Mark-Taylor is a company that believes in promoting employees from within our company from time-to-time and we, move employees to other locations as well. Please also understand that employee?s lives change and, because we have locations throughout the valley, we are able to accommodate employees requests to move to other locations. We take to heart the comments made on this website, and if there is a general feeling by residents that our staff appears unfriendly and uncaring, we will use that opportunity to refocus our team on the principles our company was founded, a commitment to cusomer service.
