Living at San Palmas was a great experience. It was like living in a resort. The grounds were very well kept. The maintenance of the apartments was superb. The office staff was very kind and professional.
After living in San Palmas we find ourselves wishing that we could find a place managed by Mark Taylor in the area that we are living. Living in San Palmas really spoiled us and we can't seem to find a place that has the awesome service and nice apartments like we had there.
The two bedroom was very spacious and loved having a separate laundry room. We never had any problems with noise as for all the neighbors, young and old were very respectful for one another.
I felt very safe in the neighborhood and walked frequently outside in the night with no problems or concerns.
San Palmas has great access to the highway and also to the mall. The pool was spectacular. The excercise facilities were very modern and well kept.
I would definately reccomend San Palmas and would even move back in there if I for some reason had to relocate back to the Phoenix area.
